If PA is from Afghanistan and LVO requests passport, Does he has to go India or Pakistan to submit his passport or there are other ways?

Just got 2nd medical request
In case if everything goes smoothly, the next step would be passport request

Because nowadays it difficult to get visa for India or Pakistan

Can anyone share their experience ?

I think he will get 3 choice india pak and dubai,what is ur timeline

Everything is written in medical request if it says pakistan then you should go there if you want them to process your application faster
