I have a representative i can only check ecas which shows in process. Lasr update i had was on February which they asked for Supplementary form and after that i didnt get any update. I ordered GSMC notes on May it showed eligibility is passed since February but criminality was in process

Hello everyone.

My wife's file has been transfered to new delhi visa office and on oct 3 they asked her to submit supplementary form.

We don't know how to sent it to them. Should we send it by email or mail. I tried to upload it on gckey but couldn't.
