I am Afghan student and have been accepted from Canadian institute for October 2016. Now all my application package is complete my consultancy company applying my application through their online portal. I have to go to Pakistan for Bio-Metric because visa office not work in Afghanistan

Please help me regarding, Can i submit original of my police clearance certificate and other original of my documents in a time i am going for Bio-Metric. Secondly, i have to come back to Afghanistan because i am full time employee. Can i get my passport with my self and bring for them when my application accept?
