I got my study permit refusal on June 30th.
I am planning on re applying. I don't have my original refusal letter with me because It was collected by my friend in dubai and I am in afghanistan.
I was wondering if I can attach the copy or that letter with my application.
Meanwhile, it's difficult for me to travel to dubai again and submit my application in person, I was wondering, since I have already done bio metric, can my friend submit my application on my behalf?
Anything I should consider aside from solving the previous refusal issues while submitting my application this time?
I can, but I am afraid they might farward my case to Islamabad Visa application center which is the rearest VAC for Afghanistan and I have heard the study permit takes long time to be processed in Islamabad VAC.
It took 4 weeks to process my study permit in VAC - Dubai. and this time I have got only 1 month because my course starts on sept 2015. I want my visa to be processed in a month.
