Add Arranged Employment to existing FSWP

Hi,

If I submit an FSWP application without Job Offer in May, can I subsequently notify them of Arranged Employment and thus improve its chances of success and processing speed?

(background - employer will likely apply for LMO in next month or two but if any hiccups I would want to apply for FSWP anyway, so figuring best to apply in May given the caps on numbers)
