Action required after application approved???

Hi guys,

I saw my application has been approved and status is closed yesterday.
But this morning I got an email saying my application is updated. After log in, I saw the main page says "your action is required" in the detail column. Then I clicked in, no letters or anything. My app remains approved and closed.

What does it mean?

Just checked. It changed from action required to approved....

Sorry being paranoid.
