after completed biometrics application still shows 'Your action is required'

hi everyone I went to service canada completed my biometrics on August 6th. But my application still shows Your action is required. And there is no bio number/expire date under the applicant information. Anyone facing this problem too? I saw it normally will update right after complete the bio, or at least have update under applicant information. Thanks for the help!!!
