I received my CSQ (valid for three years) last year when I was single. This year I got married but it did not work out and I got separated. I have started the divorce procedure which may take 3 months to complete until I have the divorce certificate.
Now I am preparing my Federal application for QSW to send it to Sydney Nova Scotia, and I do not want to include my spouse in it, nor I have any documents, id or passport of her.
My question is that, in my Federal application for QSW to Sydney Nova Scotia, should I mention myself as Separated or Divorced ? The Divorce papers will be available in 3 months. I do not want to wait till then and want to launch my application as soon as possible this week. I do not have any document for separation, infact there is no documentation for separation. What should I include in that case? Please guide me.
