About Spouse IELTS

I am the principal applicant with my spouse as Dependant Applicant. I will want to take my spouse along on PR but I would not want to add his profile for points. Is it possible to create a profile for express entry? Please suggest

I have a query regarding spouse visa.

I am trying for Canada PR, and for additional points, I am checking if my spouse can write the IELTS?
what is the minimum requirement for my spouse band score, and how much additional points can I get if my spouse writes an IELTS exam?

Also, is my husband eligible to work in Canada with spouse visa?
