My duties, either at university or at a college, are matching with 4021 NOC compared to 4011 NOC.

It's the unique code which is generated when you try out the online application eligibility. If you remember, you had to enter some basic details at first and after submitting, it had generated a code. That code helps you when you start filling the EE profile details, it collects the basic data automatically.

W 6.5
S 6.5
For clb 8 , does it has to be 7.5 L and 6.5, 6.5, 6.5 in R, W, S?
I have 0.5 more in R and 0.5 less in L.
So, will 0.5 in R compensate for 0.5 less in L?
And thus, will my CLB be 8? Or is my CLB still 7?

No, it won't. They thrive on listening more than SRW I don't know why. Maybe they think we have small ears....... Lol. Jokes apart.

You require 7.5 in listening to score CLB8 with rest being 6.5 each. That's why everybody hunts for that golden number of 8777 where 8 is for listening.

I am the principal applicant with my spouse as Dependant Applicant. I will want to take my spouse along on PR but I would not want to add his profile for points. Is it possible to create a profile for express entry? Please suggest
