Could you please tell us what you earn per hour?

My hourly wage is around 20 bucks and it is the low wage level in my region. I don't think it is the factor which decides the application's eligibility the most. They will balance everything other than focus on the wage, personally!

Actually no, on OINP website they stated that the wage must meet or exceed the low wage, not need to be the median one.
