Its seems application under DIP in September, already got nomination. (only my application shows DIP since September).

I am still under "submitted" my hopes were to be nominated at the beginning of November...

Seems they don't give any priority for Student stream must be busy with other streams .

I think they will update tomorrow. If we see, they mostly do Thursday and Friday. So there is possibility
