Hi guys, does anyone know if we need police certificates for the time we've been in Canada for the paper-based application? According to the CIC website, we don't need them (at least for Express Entry) but the PNP checklist says we need them for *ANY* country we've spent more than 6 months in a row.
We need RCMP certificate for paper based, its better to have PPC of all countries where we lived , must submit all required docs as its a long process so our application decision would be delayed if they will find any document is missing

RCMP fingerprint based certificate is not a requirement for inland candidates, is what gather from IRCC website, although not sent with our PR application but did it later just in case IRCC asks for it. For all other countries other than Canada submitted original PCC including home country.
Does tourism count as "living"? I've visited certain countries for 5.5 in a row, but only issue PCC to its citizens or people with visas/permits, not to tourists.
I left my home country a month after turning 18 and ever since then I only went to visit once (a few weeks). Do I need the police certificate from my country anyway? I don't have anyone there so I'm going to have to go in person to get it.
