No, I didn't prepare it. My application arrived in May/19th already.

You can contact any RCMP agency in your area, they just need 2 forms of ID (Passport, Driver's licence). Usually it takes 2-3 weeks.

What does it called? I looked at RCMP agencies' sites and didn't find PCC word anywhere. They got terms like Criminal Record Check, fingerprint check, Vulnerable Sector check etc. Which one should I apply for?

You can search on google map “RCMP criminal check record” and call them by phone to make an appointment. You can comfirm with them that you gonna use it for immigration application.
