i submitted AAIP techpathway with emp job offr now three days passed no NOI.

how long it is taking these days ?

Hello All

I have just received the NOI for tech path way, regarding Employment reference letter(s) from my previous job in the USA, does it need to have all the information as listed? Or this is for spouse only if she has a job in Canada (https://www.alberta.ca/assets/documents/lbr-aaip-express-entry-stream-checklist.pdf)

• job title
• salary
• period of employment including start date and end date for each occupation performed
• hours of work per week
• main job duties you perform on a daily basis* (see note below)
• education required
• skills and knowledge necessary for duties
• work experience required
• employer contact information

I am having hard time to get my previous employer re-issue me employment verification letter with all information above, the one I have did not mention: salary, hours, education requirement

I wonder if this is acceptable

I appreciate if anyone can help with me on this!

I had to redo my medicals on Friday. Once IRCC get those updated results, everything else has been signed off as completed. So it's not far away.

I was wondering if Ircc AOR to PPR timelines are same for Inland and outland?

I was PNP Inland. And yes, I got the 1st Portal Email (06 June) and then Portal Credentials (13 June). I've submitted my declaration and uploaded my passport photo and address, just waiting for eCOPR then the PR Card to be approved/sent out.

And Inland vs Outland doesn't really matter according to IRCC - it depends on the Program you applied under (FSW/CEC/PNP). Though, reading the forums it appears outland applications were getting pushed through faster than inland.

I just had a look through my previous AAIP - EE application I can only see information for the Federal Applications, not PNP application refusals.

Under Section I. IRCC Application History - It asks you the following question:

Do you, your spouse/common-law partner, or any of your dependent children have an active application for permanent residence (APR) to Canada with IRCC or past APRs that were refused or withdrawn?

no but previously my application with ontario was refused due to points.

Okay then in that case, there is no where in the application that asks about refusals for a PNP from any other province. You should be fine.

Hey ! Please share ur timeline when did u get COPR ?

Got AOR yesterday(16th June.)
What about you...has your application progressed since ?

Submitted the tech form in mid April, and got the email invite to apply within one week.
One week after I submitted the Application, they sent an email to my employer to confirm my employment status.
And the very next day after my boss replied that email to confirm my employment, they approved my AAIP and issued me the nomination certificate.
In my case, the Tech Pathway is really fast, entire process only took serval weeks.

They are asking for a reference letter now from all previous employers. Can you please let me know how you managed to get those within a week? It is a compulsory document to upload when I look at the document checklist.

I wanted to ask the same. Did you apply from within Canada or from another country ?
Somehow from applicants based in India, I get to hear that the timeline from AOR to CoPR is shorter than most of the people who commented on this thread. Anyone can help clarify that ??
