I applied for NOC 2133....

My application received on 13th Nov'2014.

Currently CIC website shows 412 application received. Is it a number of application received by CIC or PER issued by CIC ?

Will I come within cap of 1000 ?

Hi, the numbers represents PER issued. It's hard to say if you will be in cap as we have no idea exactly how many applications were received before yours which are yet to be reviewed. Analysis of our spreadsheet shows that CIO is currently charging applications received in late August/early September. By the time they finish with August, September and October applicants, you might get in, you might not. Wish you the best.

help please, we need a Hong Kong PCC for my wife and 1 requirement is request letter from VO, shall we wait for that request or can we personally visit the VO to obtain such request.

My passport has been changed now... waiting for the MR (already got PER last month). So, what would be the step for me now...
1) Wait for MR and mail from VO
2) Can i write to NDVO

Then on Nov 1st i took IELTS exam again and scored the required points to make it to eligibility. Sent my whole application again three days ago on 11/21 and came to know later on that 2171 Cap got filled.

Just realized that Generic Form got change in November 2014.

I sent my application on Nov-22-14 using form which was last updated in june-2014.

Also, comparing both the forms it doesn't seem if there is any difference in questions?

Will that be a problem for my file?

Please suggest.
