Friends,
Why Schedule 3 doesn't have any check box for less than 1 year and also between 3 years to 4 years?
what should I do for my 8 months experience and another 3.5 years experience?
it's really confusing... Huh

Hi, I suggest putting the 8 months experience in the 1 year box and the 3.5 years experience in the 4 year box. The alternative is not to put them at all which is not a good idea. Do what you can, hope for the best :)

Hmn, you could apply with the old passport and supply the details of the new one later to your VO or you could just wait for the new passport and avoid issues later on. It depends on which NOC you're applying in.

Thanks a lot brother.... i hope it will be ready within one week..

'Tick' the applicable box then use an extra sheet to explain your work history in details and attach to the form. Cheers.

My personal view on applications received in May to July 2014 without feedback from CIC.

FOR MAY APPLICANTS.
CC not charged: Application must have been returned and as such check with your country postal services or returned application still in transit.
Note: CIC send by slow snail postal service which could take months to be delivered to an applicant.
DD not encashed: Same as above
PER not received after fee payment: You might have unknowingly deleted the PER email.
If you fall into any of the above mentioned situation, SEND A MAIL INQUIRY TO CIC straight away.
In the subject field mail write FEDERAL SKILLED WORKER.

FOR JUNE APPLICANTS.
If you fall into any of above mentioned situation, SEND A MAIL INQUIRY TO CIC straight away.
In the subject field mail write FEDERAL SKILLED WORKER.

FOR JULY APPLICANTS
Some July applicants are still in the game.
CC not charged till now: Call your bank/card issuer to know if there was any attempt on the card.
If the answer given to you is YES, instruct them to grant such payment if it was CIC.CIC will attempt
to charge your card 3 times and if unsuccessful, such application will be returned.

DD not encash till now: Call the DD issuer for an update on encashment of the draft.
PER not received after fee payment: You might have unknowingly deleted the PER email.
Alternatively contact CIC via email for application update now.
In the subject field mail write FEDERAL SKILLED WORKER.
CIC email : cio-sydney-search-enquiry @ cic.gc.ca

Good luck to all applicants.

extra sheet means my reference letter?

No, it means a cover letter explaining your work history and time in each role. The reference letter is from your employer, the cover letter is your own detailed explanation. All the best.

Dear All,
Please advise, I had applied under NOC code 2132 [Mechanical Eng] Dated 22nd October 2014.
Now will i get any acknowledgement letter or email from CIC, considering Christmas and New Year holidays when can i Expect an reply from CIC.
Most Importantly: Experts please clarify...
If in any case the submitted forms have any mistakes not related to CIC forms, but for example my qualification is mechanical engineer & I work in pump manufacturing company as Sales & Application engineer – Industrial pumps.
However in my reference letter I have mention exactly as below:
• Position Title: Sales Applications Engineer –Industrial Pumps.
• Company Grade: Mechanical Engineer.
• Business Segment: Oil & Gas
Company has clearly highlighted Mechanical Engineer, is it OK?
Lastly I also submitted an original copy of work certificate with Chamber of Commerce stamp which specify below details.
To whom it may concern.
This is to certify that (xxx) holder of Indian passport with no :( xxx) and Saudi residence permit no :( xxx)
Is employed with us since (xxx) till date 2014 in capacity of Mechanical Engineer [Highlighted in bolt letter] then in brackets (Sales & Application – Industrial pumps) under full time employment.
will there be any problem, if they want to return my application if in case they find some errors or thing are not clear when will they send me the applications immediately or it will also take 90 working days.
Visa office – London selected as applied from KSA

Thanks
Mohammed

Hello,
I need help with filling the travel info form. I've read some post that was discussed earlier but have found it conflicting. Here is my travel history:
I'm a Bangladeshi citizen
I came to Australia 2/2009 for study
Went Bangladesh 6/2012 to visit family- 1.5 months
Went Malaysia 7/2013 - as tourist, stayed there 6 days
And then from Malaysia went to Bangladesh 8/2013 - stayed there 1 month
Went to Bangladesh again 7/2014- for 2 months

On the form it says list all trips have taken outside your country of origin or residence. I've made only one trip that is outside my country of origin or residence and rest of all is from country of origin to residence or residence to origin. Please suggest me how should I put my travel info on the form. Thanks in advance

Hello All,

I am doing research on reasons why people do or do not use lawyers for their immigration applications.

Would appreciate if you could fill this in. It will take less than 2 minutes of your time.

Thanks in advance!!

My Parental Aunt is a Canadian citizen but she is not residing there all the time since her husband works in Pakistan, she is a frequent traveler due to the her children (married) are residing in Canada on permanent basis

Can I avail 5 points of adaptability with below mentioned documents

Copy of birth Certificate (To prove relationship with my Father)
