For those of you looking to get MP offices for help, be aware that they are all shutting down very soon. Most of them are in the process of cleaning up and deleting all the files because the impending election.

Based on there popularity doubtful they will return as MP after election.

I think either way they'll have to delete all the files, especially the ones that they are helping people on their immigration cases because there's confidentiality concerns.

Spouse’s AOR : April 2023 ,was stuck for nine months after the language completed. At the beginning of this month, I emailed the MP. They checked and got back to me some info, but said they couldn’t do anything more. But just one weeks after their reply, spouse’s LLP was fully processed, and the ceremony got scheduled for March 11.

Congrats! I bet the MP's office woke up someone at IRCC from their hibernation. Did the MP office tell you they couldn't do anything more because that's their extend of power or it's time for they to clean up their office to get ready for election?

YES, It was definitely their inquiry that awakened the hibernation, and they also said that no further action could be taken. they didnt said clean up.

Yes, exactly. It says "in progress" on the tracker, but GCMS notes says 'not started".
Called them multiple times and sent webform twice to explain, but still getting the same generic non-answer.
When my BG was pending for over 1 year, their reason was "a 3rd party" is handling it so we just have to wait and then Prohibitions will move fast after that.
Now here we are back in limbo even after BG completed.

Very sad now there is no third and fourth country ... many stuck for over a year maybe they assign to agent who are not active or retired
