Wow, this is UTC time, I think you will be getting GCMS notes and portal email soon. They give update before notes.

And I applied by letter from Montreal, Quebec.
I saw a lot comments say that the application from Quebec take more and long times than normal to get PR. Is there any one known the reason why? Pls share your experiences, thankful that.
