2022 PR application timeline

I guess you give the same email that you applied the PR application online and they would add another tab in your account where you can see ECOPR or PR card processing.

I didn’t apply online
I applied on paper by mail
But I accidentally created the PR portal online account

ECAS doesn’t work it gives me this msg (SORRY ...this on-line service is currently not available.)

Same here does anyone know what’s going on?

give the same email you created pr portal account with, there will be another tab of COPR in your account right now it is not there.

GCMS received today
It was created on Jan 26 and I got a decision made on my Ecase on Feb 16
does anyone know how it takes to receive the first email portal after the decision made status?

I just called IRCC and they ask me to call them again on Wednesday if I didn’t get the email
It is really hard to know what’s going on with IRCC

I called IRCC today again and they said the email was sent on Feb 16 but I didn’t receive it , so they put a notice to the officer and they said I should receive it soon (no exact time provided)
they also told me that many clients reported the same issue and it’s a system glitch.
Does anyone know if I have to do any other action ?
