If IRCC moves a little bit, most of us get new updates on applications. Unfortunately, there is no other option except to wait.

How long on average does it take to receive ECOPR after uploading the PR photo in the portal?

Hello, I received pre-arrival and eligibility last week and I called IRCC for update to know if anything is still outstanding. I was told security have not started while info sharing is still in progress.

Is this normal as I thought eligibility and pre arrival should be the last stage.

That's pretty normal these day, but still you can call IRCC and take the update
