Okay. I thought the bar has to show 100% for all to be completed. Mine is 67% and still I have not receive any news. I am sure the officer is sleeping on my application.

Honestly, i am as well as suprise like you.
I have no idea if its base on what or the speeding process is for people who applied between May 2022 to August 2022.
It is crazy

Yes I linked the application to my gckey after the AOR. I am from Turkey, my percentage bar was showing %51. My last status update is "final decision". The others didn't change.

Sure!. I applied in May 2022, received AOR in Aug 2022, I could not link it until Jan 2023. it is frustrating, there is hope for the future.

What is your time line. Please

The percentage is based on the application processing times. For example I applied on August and when I got AOR, the processing time was 23 months. There are some people whose charts show 100 but they are still waiting. That doesn't really show your process.

My question is, response to my PR application seems quick, on the contrary, I applied for the Travel Document at the same time but it's still processing. I have to travel as soon as possible, do you think after ecopr, is it wise to request my passport back from IRCC?

You dont need to guess or hope. Just call ircc and they will tell you that which stage you passed and which stage is under process.
