I applied March 2022 from Quebec, Prearrival and eligibilty letter in April 2024, then nothing

I am a November 2022 applicant, I have seen that September and October 22 have been processed here, so, November should be next. Though, processing time has crossed to 25 months, but I am very optimistic.

All items completed except Security as usual.
