Hi i applied on 6 may got my aor on july 6 at 3:25 AM and at 8:45 AM i got request to upload pcc after linking my application to ircc

AOR: 1st june
Biometrics: 7th june
Medical passed: 10th june
Pr portal credentials: 17th june (uploaded pic and gave address same day)
eCOPR: 7th July

Submitted at 12.18 pm.
NO AOR, not able to attach application on cic, no biometric letter.
Applied with dependent. She is in home country. Is that why it is taking time?

I don't think so, you should be able to link in a few days.

I never got PCC request and mine was not upfront. What does that mean?
