I don't think it is a reason that should delay your AOR. But it will take a little bit longer than a single applicant for the PR processing time as you have an outland spouse.
I also have an outland dependent, applied at 12:17, nothing so far.

It cannot be calculated exactly by the minute (or by the hour). Since applications will be transferred to the centers, here are distributed to the staff, each case is different ...The processing time is only as general guide line.
Similar to cars running on the highway, it is possible to start at the same time but it is not known which car will reach the destination first
