Are they giving a chance to submit missing documents (Job letter, T4s, paystubs, etc.) via webform after AOR?
Got eCOPR today
Applied: 6 may 12:05 EST (International grad stream)
AOR: 1st june
Biometrics: 7th june
Medical passed: 10th june
Pr portal credentials: 17th june (uploaded pic and gave address same day)
eCOPR: 7th July
Congratulations
Submitted at 12.18 pm.
NO AOR, not able to attach application on cic, no biometric letter.
Applied with dependent. She is in home country. Is that why it is taking time?

I don't think it is a reason that should delay your AOR. But it will take a little bit longer than a single applicant for the PR processing time as you have an outland spouse.
I also have an outland dependent, applied at 12:17, nothing so far.

Good to know! Thanks!
Please share when you get your AOR or any update.

It cannot be calculated exactly by the minute (or by the hour). Since applications will be transferred to the centers, here are distributed to the staff, each case is different ...The processing time is only as general guide line.
Similar to cars running on the highway, it is possible to start at the same time but it is not known which car will reach the destination first
I liked the way you explained with example

Would you please let me know when did you get your pre-arrival letter? I want to travel and I want to use that letter as a time that I should return to Canada

I was just able to link my application. Maybe you should try too.
I have not received AOR yet. I used UCI and place of birth.
