we are on the same boat right now, mine at Whitehorse office to process my BG since I called to agent last 1.5 month ago.
HOPE we will be received the PR portal soooooon ! finger cross.

Please who understand the new open work permit public policy, for dependent it says they can apply anytime. In another section
The principal applicant should have applied and be eligible for an open work permit under the public policy.
I have more than 4months left on my work permit, do you think my spouse can apply now or she have to wait till I am 4months till the end of my current work permit?

What?! Why? They didn't even process half of the applications from TR to PR, and now another new one? Wow. They talk nothing about the backlog, but just keep creating new programs and extending WPs, collecting more fees from TRs (And I am sure a large number of us have been already the skilled professionals for years in Canada.) That's genius, isn't it?
