I don't have a due date in that part of my notes. Below parts are all left blank. Does it mean that no officer has been assigned to my file after so long?

Every file has an agent assigned to it. If you check your notes there are probably other due dates that you can find. I'm not sure when they decide to fill up this part. I don't think it's anything for you to get worried about though.

hi, i just wanted to say I saw someone on Facebook who said their MP found out there was no officer assigned to his file. So I wanted to acknowledge the possibility that it can happen by mistake. I feel like this is a rare occurence though and that you shouldn't assume it's your case because it doesn't say an agent name in that part of your notes. Good day
