I want to say that its pretty similar to yours. Applied this year and received this email today.

ECAS allows other options instead of UCI, e.g. Receipt Number, which you can try.
You mentioned you applied for citizenship in the past, so you DO have an UCI.

I don't have a receipt in this case. I tried the citizenship UCI (old and closed application) and it didn't work. I guess I will wait till end of August, mid September as you said. Would have been nice if CIC acknowledged receipt right away specially with bar-coded applications which are very easy to enter into the system.

Tried - it didn't work. Maybe payment is not yet attached to an application or application is not entered into the system yet.

Hi folks, What is the trick to link your application to CIC account? I have tried multiple times but failed. On ECAS, the status i decision made. I guess the biggest confusion is No. of family members in the application. Who should be considered in this number?

For us, the magic number was 4 (sponsor, co-signer, sponsored mom, sponsored dad).

Mine says too Decision made.
