No news for us too and this is hard.
This kind of visas should be processed faster than this.
I don’t know why they are delaying people like this.
I expected some delays when the file will reach the visa office in beirut as we are one of worst countries in the world.but not soo soo long.
They received my application May 31 2017 and I went through the whole process and now they are processing my background check. I am still waiting. Did anyone send their application on or after May 31 2017 and get a ppr yet?

I just got my PPR! It took exactly 360 days, but I didn't have an interview. Also, be aware that they are asking for 12 months of your passport from the date of the PPR. So renew it in advance if it is going to expire.
