Now i check cic status ,it now decision made on permanent staus . So what that mean .so now they will ask passport . Any body know after decision made how long they take for passport request. Or they still can ask something else .

I know couple families ,who did DNA testing. the reason behind was ...sponser and dependent has big age gap...

hi my consultant said it take three to four months... Don't worry it could be less too.try to send them test as soon as possible.


Families I know they were 6 people...In total it took 7 years. But could be other reason s as well. I think in your case small family should not take longer..

Yeah it all depends when they will be giving us appointment because for DNA testing they have to go to Delhi and then the samples are checked here in Canada. Testing and getting the results in Canada are faster. Now it all depends cic Delhi when they will be contacting us for the appointment date. Either they should be calling me or my parents.

Helo another immigrant . In my case my mom ,my dad,my brother . And visa office newdelhi. Sponsered my parents in june 2011. And file transfer in oct 20,2016. Medical request and police clearance and my brother birth certificate ,travel document request in oct 25th. Medical done on nov 08,2016. And other document sent on nov 15. Passport request on feb 07,2017. 3 month after medical.
