Finally Received AOR last week - September 20th 2015

how long did it take for AOR since you submitted documents ? did it come in email or mail ?

I took around a month and it came in mail. Submitted in August and received AOR in September.

Got AOR yesterday. Similar to others, mine came in via snail mail and was received approximately a month after submitting the documents.

Hi, Which office has your parents sponsorship file? I applied same time like yours at Mississauga office and additional documents were submitted on October 2014 but no sponsorship approval or any response after that. I am wondering what to do next??

Mine is Ottawa office. Did u get caps notes yet to see why you are still waiting for approval.

Hi, I got Sponsorship approval email along with medical request yesterday and my parents sponsorship file is transferred to CPC-Ottawa. Do you now which email should we send the medical confirmation?

Congrats for your good news. I didn't understand your question. If you were asked for upfront medicals then yes forward the receipt to cic once your parents have done the medicals.

You should be getting soon It took alsmot more than month for me.

It depends. I forwarded additional documents in Oct2014 and received AOR only by Mar2015 but there are lot of people who got it after a month from document submission, so don't worry just followup just incase you didn't hear back from cic soon. Best Luck
