When did you send your passport and what date is showing in your tracking number?? In my tracking number it is showing 18 November. But still can’t track any thing. It says no record found.

Those who have gone through the 2 way process. Could you please share the courier form and consent form. It should be generic in nature and should not have any personal details as well.

Got this today too. I think the subject line is a standard computerized line for everyone incase they need details from anyone. But since the mail doesn't mention anything i think its fine.

It’s is normal email everyone get it when passport reached there. No need to contact any one. Is your tracking number working?? Can you see the status?
So we received an email back from them with the payment link, but unfortunately it was only valid for 5 hours and it expired. The biggest issue here is that we would probably have to wait another couple of days for them to reply back with another payment link...

I have emailed them since Nov21st and haven't heard back at all other than automated reply. TIA
