Just received OPR but no 2 way courier instructions? what to do

Guys, ircc doesn't have to send anything like two way courier. Generally they only send OPR. In OPT letter, there's a link to official website where the instruction for submitting passports are indicated for each country. If you want to learn about this submission you have to call VFS. And then VFS wil send you an email for instruction such as bank accounts etc. That's it.

That is the only valid point for me to say it might be fake. If not I would have said "100% fake". Knowing that you need passport for visa what if this goes into someone's hands and they try to extort money?
