There's a link called "Continue application" but it takes me to a page called (Find out if you're eligible to apply) which is the questionnaire as if I'm a new applicant.
Yes, that's correct. Complete those and it will take you to the forms.

CIC has a list of empaneled clinics/hospitals where you need to get medical tests done. Check this link http://www.cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx. The following basic tests and checks are carried out (If you have had any or have any medical conditions, you need to let them know and also carry any medical records that you have)
1. Blood
2. Urine
3. Chest X-Ray
4. Eye Sight
5. Blood Pressure
6. Height/Weight
7. Physical examination by physician
You will not be given the results of the tests, the clinic will upload it directly to CIC. You will be given an Acknowledgement Form which you need to upload as proof of medical exam. Please ensure all the information on the Acknowledgment Form is correct as per passport and that the category on your medicals is mentioned as Non-EDE/Worker. If you find any discrepancy, get it corrected then and there itself and get an updated Acknowledgement Form.

This was really unexpected and a very VERY pleasant surprise, I hadn't even checked the CIC website as I thought the draw would be next week. Got the news from someone on this forum contacting me on Whatsapp.
Anyway, congratulations everyone! We made it finally Alhamdolillah 8)
I hope they dont give out too many LMIAs and PNPs.
All of the people above 475 as of this date are cleared now, the problem is BC also just gave out last week a bunch of ITAs for PNP...so those people will get 600+ points soon too.
Hope it goes down to 464..before the next wave of PNP points get distributed. As well, when other new high core points join the pool.
