I have a question please , I submitted my inland sponsorship Jan 15th 2025 , got AOR Feb 7th 2025, I linked my application to the Tracker and also GCkey , but I could see on my GC that my biometric I did last year August for asylum program is still valid and it’s reflecting on my application , does that means I won’t get a BIL for this new application ? I have been waiting to receive BIL since I got the AOR , Has anyone experienced this ? Please help me understand better .
Thanks

When I linked my application to my GC Key account, it showed the biometrics I had provided for my study permit application, which was still valid. However, I was asked to submit biometrics again for my PR application. I think so that everyone applying for PR have to provide biometrics, even if their previous ones are still valid.

What about medical? Never once did I have to do medical. Not during my study permit application in December 28 2018, or my PGWP application in June 11, 2023, I submitted my commonlaw sponsorship application on February 4 2025 no AOR yet but I have never done a medical. Is everyone required to do a medical or are some people exempt? I'm Jordanian nationality 24 years old.

This is what IRCC says abour IME (Immigration Medical Examination) exemption:
"You may be exempt from completing another IME if you meet all of these conditions:
you applied or are applying for either permanent residence or temporary residence
you already live in Canada
you completed your previous IME in the last 5 years
your previous IME indicated a low risk or no risk to public health or public safety"
If the situation mentioned above does not applies to you, then you have to perform medical exam regardless of your nationality.

No, I completed my medical exam when I came to Canada as a student in 2021. I believe I don't have to undergo another medical for my PR application since my previous medical was within the last five years.
Hey guys, I am planning to apply for a spousal sponsorship for my spouse by myself. I am new to this process. Could you please let me know if there are any step-by-step guide or any YouTube videos explaining the same? Thanks for your help in advance
