You should follow up, tbh - the first time I messaged they didn't respond. I called, left a note and followed up and they immediately got back to me. I suspect that they get inundated with a lot of pleas for help so they might not be well equipped to handle that kind of traffic.
1. How long does the ceremony take? The invitation letter says 2+ hours but I guess that includes registration. I am not sure if I should invite my friends right when it begins or maybe an hour later then the start.
2. The letter specifically asks for not to share the zoom link with anybody else. I was thinking of sending the zoom link to my friends and family back in my country so they can watch. How did you have your family watch the ceremony?

if your family is physically present with you, they can sit with you in the same room beside you during the ceremony. If your family is abroad, they cannot watch the ceremony unfortunately.
Guys I took the test on December 8th , 2021 . Its almost 3 moths since the test passed but I don't see any update . Its really frustrating to check online tracker multiple times / a day . I sent couple of emails and webforms to IRCC but no response . Can someone guide for how long I have to wait to see any update like Decision made ?

I dont think anyone can you give you a solid answer on that! I saw into another thread that one person had to wait 8 months to get his oath date. Patience is the key here. I hope you can hear out something from them very soon

I took the test in July 2021 and still have no decision made. 3 months in not a long time for concer , most people have waited a lot longer, sorry to say but you will have to wait.
