I had a similar experience, my test wasn't updated after a month that I passed the test, I emailed them. They confirmed I did write the test but waiting for validation. Surprisingly, it was updated to completed the same day.

Did you send a webform, or did you reply to the test invitation email ?

congats. it's normal anytime between 1:45 to 2:30 Hours

I hope you sent the signed and scanned oath forms.. It takes around 3-5 business days to get application close state... Try Thursday or Friday morning to see the progres.

I sent the oath form 3 hours after the oath via Email. I just checked on Saturday morning, it’s still in process. It seems they become slower than before (>﹏<)

On Jan 12th all the modules on my tracker were set to completed. How long it took for you from everything set to completed and getting oath invite?

It took me 5 months and 3 weeks from everything completed/ Decision made to the oath invitation.
Mine is in Montréal office.

2.5 hours for 68 people is too long. Do you know how long you have to wait before taking the oath, or you have to be on the screen all the time? I imagine 2.5 hours is too long to be on the screen and not doing anything else, like going to the rest room ... etc, and you don't want to go to the rest room and then they start the oath . Also, did you try to ask to pick your certificate in person from the Montreal office?

I didn’t even know that they offer a pickup so I didn’t ask
It seems it took them longer to close application. I guess it also took longer to receive certificate . They said we’ll wait 2-4 weeks.

Hi , by looking at your timeline under your post, I just have a question. After you completed the online test, how long did it take for the test status to change to "completed" on your tracker ? I've been waiting since Nov 2021, no change yet.

Hi, I think it took a while to update. Probably 2 weeks before the tracker to update.

Looks like you will have it updated on Monday. Even though the app status says last update on Friday.

In the citizenship status tracker, I saw the date updated as Jan 17, 2022 (Updated Jan 17, 2022) but no change in terms of statuses of any of the pending actions. Has anyone else experienced this?

@firstraysofsun I had a similar experience today. The tracker shows the last update as of January 24, 2022, but no changes on any specific section. All are completed but oath and it has been the same for over a month. DM on 17th Dec 2021.

Usually it's a good sign that someone went into your file and updated something (even if it doesn't show immediately). I would imagine you'll be getting an oath invitation soon all going well but I've learned to be pessimistic and expect everything to take 6 months and be happy when it doesn't quite take that long..!

Surely, the workers in the Mississauga office have to be the laziest at this point. It's going on 7 months since DM, and no oath scheduled. I want to take up an international job offer, but need my Canadian passport. This is very sad at this point.

guess thats debatable. but we continue to suffer at the expense of utter incompetence.
