Hi All - I have applied my LMIA work permit extension on 22nd November 2021 and it is in progress.
I got an approval mail as well from IRCC that I can continue to work even if my current work.permit expires.

Now, I need to go to India...now based on this letter Can I apply for TRV and also will this letter be enough to prove that I have work and the border security will let me in when I return?

Could you figure out a way to travel to India and be able to return to resume the work on interim WP approval?

I got update from my employer and my case owners that this will not be done...actual work permit approval is required to do the TRV.

I applied Inside Canada, and I have a representative. We haven't raised any form so far. Is this normal or should I be worried?
