My mother filled her out Dec 22nd and it says Address and photo is in review

Further to this. My mother’s super visa expires on 23rd Jan and we did not apply thinking we will have landing complete before that.

should we be applying or is she okay to live here until we have landing complete ?

we applied for PGP in 2019 , got a rejection letter. 2016 income was in US, so no filing was done in Canada, 2017 income was earned in US but a zero income form was filed in Canada. 2018 income and taxes were filed in Canada. The income is sufficient as required for all the years ,but not in Canada for 2016 and 2017. And i also have sufficient income in 2019 , 2020 and 2021. is it advisable to file an appeal ? today is the last day to appeal.

For my parents, after uploading pictures and address etc, they got eCOPRs in 3 days.
For then it showed declararion reviewed and address accepted when they got ecopr, they photo keeps on saying under review even after parents got pr cards.
I would suggest you to send an email tp the portal email explaining your mom’s situation that her super visa is expiring and if they can review her portal and issue copr.

Timeline is hard to predict but PPR may come soon as London VO is sending out many recently.

You have to have Notice of Assessment for three years in Canada, in another way you need to file your taxes for the previous three years. I believe the only option you have is to wait for this year draw and apply.
