I have one quick question for you guys. My nephew has been failed his citizenship test and just checked the tracker which is showing as citizenship test status completed. I really don’t understand what’s that means, is it completed means passed and clear the test ???

Normally completed means you passed the test. However, it has been reported several times now that a person failed the test recieved completed status on ECAS. Didn't follow up with them to find out what happened eventually.
