Hi july there have many pinoy rcic consultant in Canada . you May send an email to them for query and you will sign retainer agreement before submission so no worry. Best of luck

GC key is a portal where a paper application can be linked to see its status. An application can be linked to only one GCKEY portal.
You hired a representative, so let him/her link the application.
