Home support worker pilot (2019)outside Canada

Hi ,
I applied for Home support worker pilot program from New Zealand in Oct 2019 through consultant. Immigration received the my application on
10/10/2019 .
Got PR file no. & Work permit no. In December 2019 .
Consultant received email in July 2021- for additional information regarding employment details. No other updates . Any idea how long it will take for final decision ? Thanks

Am not sure . The consultant mentioned in the email .Original mail from immigration forwarded by her only mention UCI & application number . Thanks
