How to submit police character certificate to IRCC?

I recieved the request to submit PCC on november 19th, I am not sure how to submit it, do I scan the pcc and email it or do I send it by mail. Any help would be appreciated.

Does it say anything on the PCC request letter? If not then just submit it using the webform. If you have linked your application with GCKey then may be you can upload it over there too.

It does not have any clear specific instructions, whether to upload online or send it:

The letter states:
Documents sent as attachments cannot exceed 5MB in size. Any attachment larger than 5 MB must be divided into smaller separate attachments.

Each of the above requested items must be received in our office by the due date listed. Failure to do so could result in the refusal of your application. Please quote your complete application number on your correspondence.

Please return this letter with the requested documents.

Login to mycic account. if they requested to submit PCC, You may be able to upload document in mycic. I got request to submit additional documents and I was able to upload through mycic account. Also my friend submitted his parents PCC through mycic.

After 3 months of silence finally my parents got Biometric request today!

And also I see that they started to review my (sponsor) eligibility.

Just got email, where it says:
1. Decision made: approved eligibility as a sponsor.
2. Application forwarded to Warsaw for further processing.

When we recieve notification for any missing information like in 5406, what does the status show is it returned or anything else?

Today, December 8 was the last day to submit my parents PCCs.

Still haven’t received them from India. (However, we do know that they are being processed, it’s just that it’s taking longer than usual).

Neither have I received any extension from IRCC yet. I have web formed them and I have emailed them too. Let’s see what happens now.

Hi Everyone!

I was going through some comments and I found that people mentioned about the AOR and sponsorship eligibility. Where do you guys see all these things.
i am asking bcz after they received my application on March 11, I only received email for medical. I have my parents visitor visa application in process too. They requested biometric for visitor application rightway via automated email after one of sublimationand bio was completed on nov18 and eventually biometric got updated on both application even though initially it was requested for visitor application. Well that makes sense.
In linked application status I only see message that your application is being processed and we will contact if we need more info.
And if I check online tool services, it says medical request was sent on Nov 28. To avoid delay please provide requested info asap.

All of comments I read so far of time lines, I see medical is asked after sponsorship eligibility check.
is it kinda normal not to receive AOR and sponsorship criteria eligibility being started or not and directly asked for medical?

My application was received on march11. My parents got their biometric done on nov18 and it was updated on file on same day. Medical was requested on nov28. They just got it done on dec7. Which definitely will take some time to show up on file if they pass it.
I would like to know I still don’t know if they started to review myeligibility as sponsor. Where do you see this message. In linked file or online service

Login to mycic account. if they requested to submit PCC, You may be able to upload document in mycic. I got request to submit additional documents and I was able to upload through mycic account. Also my friend submitted his parents PCC through mycic.

I don’t think we can upload document in mycic account Unless the account is linked. I was unsuccessful to link the account despite multiple attempts . I have mycic account once I login I can’t upload anything as my account is not linked.
