Hello guys, I received a request from IRCC today on the portal to fill out Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669). Does anyone know what is the purpose of this form and why does IRCC ask for it? Has anyone else received this request from IRCC? @legalfalcon

I received my remedicals message yesterday.

My AoR is Nov 17th, 2019 and I had previously got my medical examination done on Oct 16th, 2019. I am just glad to see some movement on the application but just disappointed for having to pay for the medicals again. Hopefully this is the last time.

My original medical result passed on Dec 2019. It changed to "You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes" a few days ago. Today it changes to "December 1, 2021:You passed the medical exam." Is it an extension?
