Today, the Test status is marked as completed. I can see the next step is Interview. Anyone has any idea what's that and why everyone has an interview date on the spreadsheet. I am travelling and will not be in Canada entire December month.

from GCMS notes. no test invite as it still shows in transit. I am presuming that it got transferred to Niagara like all others.
raised a webform to get info on processing office last week. as usual received a generic reply that your query is not high priority.

How long did it take for you to receive your GCMS ? I Heard GCMS might fasten application a bit.

5 weeks from day of submission.
as for effect on application processing timing, i am still stuck at back ground check so not true for me :S

they want to see my language proficiency through interview . They gave me some instruction what to do to prepare for that . this is what they said on the email.

I haven’t heard anything ever since and I have been very restless. How much longer do you think? I just want this to be over..

Based on current trends and holiday season, most likely next year if not in Dec end.

Got my certificate in the mail today. Just 5 days after ceremony. Hopefully get my passport application in tomorrow

Do you have to sign for it? Or is it regular mail that gets put into your mailbox? Have Oath tomorrow and expect my certificate soon.

Least 7-8 weeks, as per current processing timeframe

Mine just came regular mail. Had a do not fold sticker on it that Canada Post disregarded LOL

Did you happen to ask for urgent processing for the certificate during the oath?
