in my case local police station held up documents for one week . that held up eventually resulted in asking fir extension to provide documents.. i got the PCC 3 days after the original dead line to submit the documents...

you can ask for extension and submit the proof that you already applied for PCC..

Yeah looks like I might have to ask for an extension as well.

Hi @jadeja I have a question. Today I got a call from IRCC that they can't process my application until I send them a document which was sent to my gckey account. They asked me to check my IRCC account. These days I've been checking my e-cas account and my mom's checking her gckey account....Do I need to open separate gckey account?

5. Medical Passed:Sep 7 (did medical 1 year ago)
6. PCC/additional files Request: Sep 8
7. PCC/additional files submit: Oct 2
8. Application DM: Nov 23
9. PR Portal email: Nov 23

Visa office: CPC Mississauga
AOR: Never received
Biometrics: 2021 September 01
Medicals: 2021 August 31
DM Sponsor approval: 2021 September 09
PCC request: Got with SA and submitted 2021 September 10
Additional document request: None
Pre-arrival service letter: 2021 November 16
DM PR: 2021 November 17
PR portal: 2021 November 17

No. After we did the bio, it show up in the account right away. You should check with CIC.

In your mom's gckey account, Click on view submitted documents link right above status details. There must be an outlet opened up to upload your docs.
