If there hasn't been any movement on the application for more than a month, is it worth raising a webform and asking for an update? Can we actually do that? ask for an update using a webform? or is that going to annoy them if I ask for an update? Is it even worth raising one? I just feel stuck right now as I have not seen any update for 6 weeks.
did you order it under privacy act ? Sorry for my questions, they might sound silly but I really cannot carve out impacting difference between privacy act and access to info act
I've been waiting 2 1/2 months for my GCMS notes. I queried the wait and they sent me a reply to say that everything is delayed and that they will put it on a priority....waiting

If you are inquiring about your own application you should use the privacy act and it's free.
You use access to information act when you are inquiring about an application that is not yours or any other government document. There's a cost for access to information act.
