No webform acknowledgement was received and this is very painful because you are wondering if they received the form or not. Don't worry you should hear back in 2 weeks.

I had sent in two web forms to advise them that the applicant is in Canada and has to land virtually. Did not hear back the first time I sent it however we did hear back the second time saying that they acknowledge the request and that the message has been forwarded to the VO.

Hi everyone
So happy!! Today I received an email from VO Mexico requesting for additional documents!! Timeframe is 30 days!! Finally we have some news!! Application is from June 10,2019.

Keep waiting patiently and don’t loose faith.

Please advise, today I uploaded requested documents, but GC KEY still showing a message "Your action is required " is it going to update in couple days ?
On a last page I got a message that documents were successfully transmitted.

Finally...Recieved pre arrival letter,also ECAS changed to decision made.any idea how long it will take for ppr now...

Which visa office? If NDVO, then PPR usually comes between 2-10 days.

Country of residence is INDIA but Pre arrival was received from CPC Mississauga,ON

Had originally done medical exam for parents in Pakistan (VO: London) in June 2021. Did follow-up sputum test and further medical exam (chest xray and CT scan) in September. Now got an email to do another exam (likely chest xray/scan) in December (which is 6months after original exam). However, parents are visiting so going to do that exam here in Canada. HOWEVER, today I received a pre-arrival letter for my parents on the IRCC website. Do you know what that means/represents? The application still shows IN PROCESS on ecas and I believe we still need to do the further medical assessment as requested for December.

Just want to make sure I understand all of this correctly - thanks so much for your help!

I sent in my second webform request a week after the first one. The VO is ND. We haven't as yet received the ECOPR.

Another update : PPR received an hour after pre arrival and decision made.

@Roya-FSW did you receive a new medical request?
We received a new request. To my comment why we got it after PPR, they said the visa will be through the end of January, so it's up to us to receive visa through Jan or re-do medicals and receive visa through the end of November 2022. We decided to redo and get more time.
