My application can not be found on ECAS. However, I can see in progress on the new tracker and everything is still in progress. Any idea why is not showing on ECAS? Did this happen to anybody else?

Are you online applicant? I think only paper applications show in both trackers. Online application only shows in the new tracker.

My wife's background check status changed to completed on Nov 10.
But mine and kids BC status are still in progress.

Is this normal?

I'm worried as my BC status didn't changed to completed.

I see my background verification completed in the new tracker today. I have couple of questions:
1. In how many days can I expect test invite?
2. I had sent them an email on address change to US around end of September, but ecas still shows my Canadian address, do I wait more?

You have mentioned Status Change on the 18th. Does this mean that the previous status in ECAS was "Application received" or was it 'In Process"?

previous status in ecas was application received, it changed yesterday to in process.

My application is also updated in Ecas to "in progress" for all the family members. I had a ghost update on the tracker (last updated on Nov 19) but had BG check is still in progress.
Ghost update was only for me and my wfe. my son's tracker does not show an update!

Aor since sep 13th in process since oct 15 but background check still in progress. Everyone else seems to be getting background check complete so not sure what’s happening with my application

Nothing yet! Is there anything further I can do at this stage to enquire about the progress?
