GU at 1am??? are you sure? I am totally confused about how the system works, they are not working at 1am for sure. There are some steps must run automatically.

If you got Portal account, then get an automated email asking for credentials information etc....

* Wonder, why receive AOR after Portal? Any ADR? What is your Application status now? Could you give screenshot? (without personal information)

Yes it was around that time. There could be 2 reasons for that I think, 1.) Either they are working around the clock which nobody knows for sure, OR 2.) They might have separate databases(or systems altogether) which, for security reasons, might be coming into sync throughout the day.

High probability of both being in place....
